Microsoft 365, which includes the enterprise AI assistant Copilot Chat, offers faculty, staff, and students secure, cloud-based applications that support communication, teamwork, and efficiency across the university. M365 includes more than 30 unique applications that can be used to asynchronously collaborate with community members from across the global campus system and drive organizational and individual success.

Use Microsoft 365 applications to collaborate with colleagues and classmates across the university, share meaningful information, and streamline your work. At Northeastern, you can use these tools to:
- Organize your work using OneNote, Planner, and SharePoint.
- Collect meaningful insights with Forms and collaborate with your teammates on findings using Excel or plan next steps using Loop.
- Write research papers using Word and save files in your personal OneDrive.
- Analyze data with Power BI and present findings in PowerPoint via Teams meetings.

Boost Productivity with Copilot Chat
AI holds enormous potential to transform higher education and our daily lives. Microsoft Copilot Chat is available with your university account. Copilot integrates with M365 applications like Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint to help you create, brainstorm, and work more productively. Use it to help you draft emails, organize reports, and schedule meetings more efficiently. You can also use it for projects and lesson planning, or to summarize a lengthy research paper.
